Life comes with all kinds of challenges and you do not need to navigate them alone. I offer a safe space for you to be heard, validated, and understood with the challenges and circumstances that you are facing. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, eating disorders, and faith transitions. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and as a therapist, I am here to advocate and support you in any way that I can to help you in meeting the goals to create the life that you envision for yourself.
I offer a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and empathetic space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I use an integrative approach through evidenced based treatments including IFS, EMDR, ACT, and CBT each tailored to help you reach your desired outcomes and goals.
Through self-compassion exercises, we’ll work to uncover the root of your challenges and create a path toward healing, growth, and balance. You don’t have to carry the weight of self-criticism alone. You deserve the same care and kindness you offer to others and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Clinical Therapist
Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying pain, uncertainty, or experiences that have left you questioning yourself, your relationships, or your future. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, betrayal, relationship challenges, or problematic or compulsive sexual behaviors, you don't have to face it alone.
I specialize in betrayal trauma, sex addiction, intimacy disorders, and couples impacted by relational betrayal. As an APSATS-trained Certified Clinical Partner Specialist Candidate (CCPS-C), I provide trauma-informed, partner-sensitive care focused on helping clients find safety, clarity, and healing. If you've experienced betrayal, you may find yourself questioning your reality, searching for answers, experiencing rage and confusion, or wondering if you'll ever feel like yourself again. Healing begins when your experience is understood through the right lens, with a focus on stabilization, support, truth, and rebuilding.
As a Certified Clinical Disclosure Guide Candidate (CCDG-C), I guide couples through disclosure of betrayal or infidelity. I believe meaningful reconciliation is possible when there is honesty, transparency, and a genuine commitment to healing. When those elements are absent, I help clients gain clarity on what they need to move forward.
I provide individual and couples therapy. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and couples experiencing relationship concerns. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, the Gottman Method, and IFS-informed work, allowing me to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we'll work to make sense of what you're carrying, process difficult emotions, understand patterns that keep you stuck, identify your needs and values, and strengthen self-trust and confidence - and occasionally finding something to laugh about in the middle of life’s messiness.
Change is possible. Growth is achievable. I see it every day in the work I do with clients. Together, we can work toward greater peace, stronger relationships, and a sense of self-respect rooted in who you are. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build a life you're excited to live, and create lasting change that extends far beyond the therapy room.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a mom to two girls and a fur baby. I'm Utah born and raised, and my family and close friendships are some of the most important parts of my life. I love being outside—Utah summers and open skies feel like home, while the ocean has always had a pull on me that I never get tired of returning to. I'm a foodie and love discovering new restaurants, especially in the energy of a big city. You'll also find me traveling, hammocking, playing a game (cribbage, anyone?), car dancing to a really good song, drinking an ice-cold Dr Pepper, or eating red licorice (the only acceptable kind, in my opinion).
