Justin Rose, LCSW

Clinical Therapist

I hope to be able to help you connect, understand, and accept yourself in a way that allows you to live in alignment with your values and goals. I believe in meeting people where they are at because there is always an important reason you are there. I also believe in a judgement-free and safe environment where you can be open and honest with me and more importantly, with yourself.

I work with anxiety, depression and other mental health struggles. I have experience working with people impacted by the criminal legal system as well as folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. I have also worked with people who struggle with or are impacted by substance abuse and addiction as well as other process addictions. I see children, adolescents, and adults.

I use a holistic and person-centered approach in order to understand your life and how all of your experiences have shaped where you are at today. I incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities in my work. Some of those include: Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Parts Work Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and others.

I am passionate about cultural humility and advocacy. I always want to remain teachable and understand that my clients are the masters of their own experience. The person that knows you the best is yourself. If you think I could be a good fit for you, I can be reached via phone or email. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Emily Hearne, LCSW

Therapist

Emily received her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah and is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) in Utah. Emily has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has a soft spot for teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, ADHD, and other concerns that are disrupting life and affecting important relationships. She strongly believes that teens can benefit from the listening ear of an empathetic mental health professional as they navigate this sensitive period of development when they are learning how to trust themselves and develop self-worth. Emily also has experience leading parenting groups where parents learn behavior management techniques, discuss ways to connect with their children, set healthy boundaries, and restore family unity.

Emily cares deeply about helping individuals accept themselves and learn how to use their inner voice as a supportive friend rather than an unhelpful critic. Her approach is strengths-based, where clients can be attuned to their own needs, gain tools to meet those needs, and develop a greater sense of agency and empowerment in their lives. You’ll find games, art supplies, clay, and fidget toys in her office.

Emily applies evidence-based interventions like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Value based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Sandtray, and Art Therapy
